The Histochemical Reaction of Nucleic Acid in the Rabbit´s Teeth

Abstract
|
|
|
The following conclusion came out from the histochemical investigation on the distribution of the nuclear acid in the tooth germs in proportion to the growth of the infant rabbits which are from one to seven days old.
1). The distribution of RNA in the protoplasm of ameloblasts in increased in accordance with the matrix formation of enamel.
2). A large amount of DNA appears strikingly before , the enamel forms matrix and these changes are found in the nucleus of ameloblasts.
